From a chef with nearly 30 years in restaurants, Fairway Tavern brings chef-driven local food, cold beer, and a fairway-side lanai together in ‘Ewa Villages. Chef Adam Gilbert draws from Hawaiʻi’s sugar plantation cultures - Hawaiian, Chinese, Japanese, Filipino, Korean, Okinawan and Portuguese - using French technique, but always approachable. A golf-course tavern made for the neighborhood.
